Celebration for Health

At Peer Health Exchange, the safety, health, and well-being of our community is of the utmost importance. As a proactive and preventative measure against COVID-19, we have decided to postpone, Celebration for Health, which was scheduled for April 23rd in San Francisco.  

Please know we're looking to reschedule later this year and will keep you updated as we know more. All ticket purchases and sponsorships will be transferred to the rescheduled date and we are looking forward to celebrating with you then.  

We remain committed to our vision of advancing health equity and improving health outcomes for young people especially during these challenging times. The disproportionate impact this is having on our young people and their families is undeniable and we know that we will have to show up for our communities now more than ever.
